1. Analyse your needs
The first step is to thoroughly understand the scope of work needed to achieve the desired results. This is done through site inspections, during which we gather the following information:
- Site building size, height, location, and the number of staff required
- Type of industry (office building, retail center, industrial park, etc.)
- Type of floors, walls, and movable assets (furniture, infrastructure, etc.)
2. Formulate a plan
We design a customised program for the site based on the information gathered during the site inspection. This program includes detailed schedules and checklists for all cleaning activities.
3. Execute a plan
Once the scope and program have been defined, We will then:
- Recruit the necessary staff through a thorough interview and vetting process
- Supply staff with the required PPE, equipment, and consumables
Following these steps, the services are then put into action on-site.
4. Supervision
We then oversee the site by conducting weekly site inspections, which include site audits, on-site training, deliveries and reviewing checklists.
